Students and Lecturers Exchange Between Kadiri University and Academy of Policy and Development 2023

This Student and Lecturer Exchange program follows up on and implements the collaboration between Kadiri University and the Academy of Policy and Development, Vietnam. Kadiri University sent several representatives to participate in this student and lecturer exchange program, motivated by the Industrial Engineering and Management Economics study programs. This program also serves as an offline implementation of academic activities with Kadiri University students and lecturers, which can support the accreditation of study programs and institutions at Kadiri University. Participants in this Student and Lecturer Exchange program comprised two lecturers (lecturers from the Industrial Engineering and Management Economics Study Programs) and nine students (3 from the Industrial Engineering and 6 from the Management Economics Study Programs).

Before departing for APD Vietnam, the students received basic English language training, including speaking and writing. This program was intended to provide a platform for the exchange participants to prepare themselves better. The Student and Lecturer Exchange program ran for one week, from June 4–10, 2023. The program aimed to strengthen the relationship between the two institutions further.

This activity hopes that students will gain new international networks, particularly in improving their academic, social, and personal qualities internationally. Furthermore, they are expected to gain firsthand insight into Vietnam's culture, education system, and information technology developments.

Not only for students, but this program also provides opportunities for lecturers at Kadiri University who have international capacity and are able and willing to provide lectures according to their field of study.
