
Empowering New IRO Volunteers and Preparation Towards Cross Cultural Internship 2025
In an effort to strengthen international networks and foster a spirit of globalisation among students, the International Relations Office (IRO) of University of Trunojoyo Madura (UTM), once again held the "Empowering New IRO Volunteers and Preparation Towards Cross-Cultural Internship (CCI) 2025" event on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at the Graha Building of University of Trunojoyo Madura
This event followed the successful one held in 2019. This year, Kadiri University (UNIK) was honoured to be invited again as a speaker and active participant. Students from both Kadiri University and Trunojoyo University attended the event.
The speakers at this event were:
Dr. Pamadya Vitasmoro (Kadiri University) delivered a presentation entitled "Beyond International Vision," emphasising the importance of developing a global perspective in an era of international competition and providing insights into international activities in higher education.
M. Maftukhan, S.S., M. Hum (Kadiri University) presented on "Volunteering in International Activities," highlighting the values of service and international collaboration and providing tips for becoming a good volunteer and developing excellent student character.
Eka Nur Musfia'tin, S.S., M.Hum from Talk With Me.EC presented on "International Activities Packing," providing practical and technical guidance in preparing for international activities, particularly for the CCI program.
Kadiri University's involvement as a speaker and participant in this activity not only represented the institution on the national stage but also reflected UNIK's commitment to supporting the internationalisation of higher education and equipping students with global skills, intercultural ethics, and a strong international network.
