“Cultural Exchange and Tourism Kadiri University & Academy of Policy and Development, Vietnam 2024”

The Cultural Exchange and Tourism Program is specifically designed to introduce participants to culture and tourism. Activities include visiting tourist attractions, understanding and learning about cultural heritage sites, and even practicing cultural activities.

Kadiri University collaborates with several international institutions, including the Academy of Policy and Development, Vietnam. As a manifestation of this collaboration, Kadiri University held a cultural exchange and tourism program for lecturers and students from both institutions. The activities included visiting Mount Kelud, Selomangleng Cave, the Brawijaya Bridge and City Tour, the Simpang Lima Gumul Tour, and classroom activities on language and culture.

The program, held from August 19 to 24, 2024, was attended by students from Kadiri University, including students from the Faculty of Law, Economics and Business, the Faculty of Agriculture, the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, the Faculty of Health Sciences, and the Faculty of Dentistry. Students from the Academy of Policy and Development also participated in the International School of Economics and Finance and the Faculty of Foreign Languages. Lecturers from Kadiri University and lecturers from the Vietnam Academy of Policy and Development also attended this activity.

The Cultural Exchange and Tourism Program is a long-term investment highly beneficial for Kadiri University. By promoting Indonesian culture and tourism, particularly in Kediri, to the international stage, enhancing its international reputation, and creating a more cosmopolitan campus environment, this program can improve the quality of higher education in Indonesia as a whole, particularly at Kadiri University.

Therefore, the success of the Cultural Exchange and Tourism program at Kadiri University and the Vietnam Academy of Policy and Development is not only about academic achievement, but also about creating collaborative and internationally competitive higher education.
